Our first step is to begin the process of identifying potential retail locations for your Adam & Eve Store. Our advice includes demographic support and information to help in the selection of the ideal location. We will assist you in all aspects of store design, layout, signage, fixturing and merchandising.
Franchise training and education will start with one week of class room and hands on training at our corporate offices in Hillsborough, NC, Training in our state-of-the-art facility will encompasses everything from operations and customer service to inventory management and merchandising.
Just prior to opening your store our Adam & Eve field support personnel will be at your location to make sure store employees are fully trained to ensure that our early customers have an exceptional experience. We will review the Adam & Eve best practices and proven operations programs. Together, we will ensure each store is stocked and merchandised to promote the Adam & Eve brand effectively, maximizing the sales opportunities.
Ongoing support includes but not limited to, weekly calls with franchise support personnel; periodic store visits from franchising support personnel, national meetings, monthly newsletters, marketing initiatives, monthly conference calls, and networking opportunities with other franchisees.
Additional support items include store specific website landing page, the Adam & Eve retail store web site, which is designed for both customer driven opportunities and franchise support through a back end intranet system, Quarterly promotional e-mail blast driving customer traffic to the franchise stores.
Adam & Eve Pictures makes the Adam & Eve contract stars available for on-site appearances in your store at no charge to our operators (operators are responsible for travel expenses to and from the store for the star).
